Engineering & Certification

Behind every Fiber pool there is a combination of engineering precision, advanced manufacturing, and rigorous testing. From factory production to laboratory validation, every stage is designed to ensure consistency, durability, and long-term performance. This is the foundation that supports the quality and reliability of Fiber Pools & Spas products.

Advanced Manufacturing Facility

Fiber operates a modern industrial facility designed to ensure precision, repeatability, and strict quality control. All pools are produced in a controlled environment, where each stage follows defined technical standards and inspection protocols. This process eliminates variability common in on-site construction and ensures consistent quality across all units.

Precision Molds and Surface Quality

The manufacturing process begins with high-precision molds developed to achieve exact geometry and a refined surface finish. This level of mold quality allows each pool to be produced with smooth surfaces, uniform thickness, and no irregularities. The result is a consistent and reliable finish, free from distortions, shrinkage marks, and surface inconsistencies.

Controlled Structural Manufacturing

Each pool is manufactured as a single, unified structure under controlled conditions. This ensures uniform material distribution, structural consistency, and repeatable performance across all units. By removing external variables such as weather and on-site execution, Fiber delivers predictable structural results.

International Certification (ICC)

Fiber pools have been tested and certified according to internationally recognized standards, achieving approval from the International Code Council (ICC). This certification is recognized in the United States and other global markets, confirming compliance with strict requirements for safety, durability, and structural performance.

Laboratory Testing Program

Fiber products were subjected to a comprehensive laboratory testing program designed to simulate real-world conditions over time.
Tests were conducted following recognized international standards and included exposure to chemical agents, mechanical stress, and environmental conditions.
The objective was to validate long-term performance under conditions equivalent to years of residential pool use.

Testing Scope

The testing program included:
• Chemical resistance under prolonged exposure to pool treatment products
• Mechanical performance, including tensile, flexural, and impact testing
• Material consistency, density, and surface hardness evaluation
• Resistance to discoloration and environmental exposure

Tests performed in Fiber Pools & Spas

Verified Technical Results

The results confirmed that Fiber pools maintain structural integrity and surface performance under demanding conditions.Testing demonstrated strong resistance to chemical exposure, consistent mechanical performance, and stable material behavior over time. These characteristics contribute to long-term durability, reliability, and consistent performance in real-world applications.

Results that Speak for Themselves

The tests showed that the Granita™ material:

  • Maintains dimensional stability, with no perceptible changes after exposure to chemicals commonly used in pools
  • Has a high elastic modulus and excellent tensile and flexural strength, indicating a solid and reliable structure
  • Exhibits impact resistance greater than 64 kJ/m², reinforcing its safety and durability in daily use
  • Shows high surface hardness (Barcol 38–39), protecting the pool against scratches and wear
